1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using IGUN Metals Marketplace ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

IGUN Metals is an online B2B marketplace that connects metal suppliers with buyers. We facilitate the listing, discovery, and transaction of metal commodities including but not limited to aluminium, copper, lithium, iron ore, and other industrial metals.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Buyer Terms

Buyers on the Platform agree to:

• Complete all transactions in good faith
• Pay the agreed price plus any applicable brokerage fees
• Comply with all applicable import/export regulations
• Provide accurate shipping and payment information

5. Supplier Terms

Suppliers on the Platform agree to:

• List only products they have authority to sell
• Provide accurate product descriptions and specifications
• Honor all accepted orders and quoted prices
• Comply with quality standards and verification requirements
• Fulfill orders within agreed timeframes

6. Brokerage Fees

For BID orders (negotiated transactions), a brokerage fee of $10 USD per tonne applies. This fee is added to the total order amount and is payable by the buyer upon completion of the transaction.

7. Product Verification

All products listed on the Platform are subject to verification by IGUN Metals. Verified products display a verification badge. IGUN Metals does not guarantee the quality of products and buyers should conduct their own due diligence.

8. Limitation of Liability

IGUN Metals acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or any aspect of the products traded on the Platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between buyers and suppliers, IGUN Metals may provide mediation services but is not obligated to resolve disputes. Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes directly.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
